How It Works

How to Register Your Service Dog

  1. Click the "Register My Dog" button – You’ll be taken to our Products page.

  2. Add the Service Dog Kit to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

  3. Complete your purchase – After payment, a “Thank You for Your Purchase” screen will appear.

  4. Click the link provided on that screen to begin the simple registration process.


What You’ll Need to Provide:

Once you've made your purchase, you’ll be asked to fill out a short form with the following:

  • Headshot of the Handler (see sample photo below)

  • Headshot of the Service Dog (see sample photo below)

  • Full-body Photo of the Dog (see sample photo below)

  • Handler’s Full Name (for personalized badges)

  • Dog’s Name, Breed, and Age (for personalized badges)

  • Dog’s Vest Size

  • Shipping Address for your Service Dog Kit


Shipping Information:

Once all required photos and details are submitted, most kits ship within 2 business days.
We offer Free USPS Ground Shipping with every order.
