How It Works
How to Register Your Service Dog

Click the "Register My Dog" button – You’ll be taken to our Products page.

Add the Service Dog Kit to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Complete your purchase – After payment, a “Thank You for Your Purchase” screen will appear.

Click the link provided on that screen to begin the simple registration process.
What You’ll Need to Provide:
Once you've made your purchase, you’ll be asked to fill out a short form with the following:

Once all required photos and details are submitted, most kits ship within 2 business days.
